Behind Mental Sherpa
I'm driven by a deep curiosity for everything that happens in our brain and nervous system. With over 13 years in the fitness industry, a background on the national Taekwondo team, and experience from stand-up comedy and film sets, I know what it means to perform under pressure. Through my Master's in Sports Psychology at Universidad Europea de Madrid, I specialise in psychological intervention, emotional control, concentration and motivation – the tools that separate the best from the rest.
Whether you're in the ring, on stage or in the boardroom – the mechanisms are the same. It's about owning the moment when it matters most.
